For those who would try to resolve disputes without resorting to litigation, our firm provides mediation and arbitration services. Mediation is a process in which parties try to resolve conflicts with the aide of a third-party neutral. It is confidential, and participation is usually voluntary. If an agreement is reached, it is created by the parties. Mediation is often quicker and less expensive than litigation. The process also helps to preserve the relationship between the participants. Arbitration is frequently faster than pursuing cases through the court system.
